高一中央通り商店会について
About the Koichi Chuo Street Shopping District
都営三田線西台駅から徒歩約５分。高島第六小学校の南側の商店街が高一中央通り商店会です。 1968年に都営三田線(開業当時は都営６号線)が開通し、西台駅が完成。
1972年には高島平団地への入居が始まりました。
1980年、団地に近い西側のお店が集まり、商店会が発足しました。
About a 5-minute walk from Nishidai Station on the Toei Mita Line. The Takaichi Chuo-dori Shopping Association is a shopping street on the south side of Takashima Dairoku Elementary School. The Toei Mita Line (called Toei Line 6 at the time of opening) opened in 1968, and Nishidai Station was completed.
In 1972, people began moving into the Takashimadaira housing complex.
In 1980, the shops on the west side near the housing complex gathered together and the shopping association was established.
高一中央通り商店会は、この西台駅と高島平団地を繋ぐ位置にあり、全長500ｍ以上もある生活道路にもなっている商店街です。商店街のほぼ中央に高六小があることから、子どもたちが多く行きかいます。いち早くLEDの街路灯を設置し、子どもたちや地域にお住いの皆さんの安全(防犯)に努めています。
毎年12月～1月の二か月間は、この長い商店街にイルミネーションを飾っています。これに合わせて、歳末感謝祭も恒例イベントになっています。引き続き、新しい取り組みにもチャレンジしていきたいと思っています。
これからも街の安全とお客様の笑顔のために、灯をともし続けていきます。
The Koichi Chuo Dori Shopping District is located between Nishidai Station and Takashimadaira Danchi, and is a shopping district that is over 500m long and serves as a residential road. Koroku Elementary School is located almost in the center of the shopping district, so many children pass by. We were one of the first to install LED street lights, and are working to ensure the safety (crime prevention) of children and local residents.
Every year, for two months from December to January, we decorate this long shopping district with illuminations. In conjunction with this, we also hold an annual year-end Thanksgiving Festival. We would like to continue to take on new challenges.
We will continue to keep the lights on for the safety of the town and the smiles of our customers.
